HOW IT WORKS

All practice sets — N0 1, N0 2, and N0 3, utilize the technology of kundalini yoga, which is a combination of breathwork, meditation, kriyas (a set of exercises), and mantra. Through the combination of working with our physical, and energetic bodies, we hold space to have a deeper and richer experience of ourselves as we navigate life, and tap into our innate beauty. There are no beginner classes with kundalini yoga, and no previous experience is required, simply be open to what flows through, and feel into your deeper radiance.

With a play on the 3 - step skincare regime, each set targets the energy behind the process and function of how we relate and work with our internal and external skin. This whole series, coupled with the book and a guided meditation, is designed for you to feel like you've just had a facial, but one that is sustainable, and benefiting your whole body, mind, soul system.
